Kaiko Design Interiors brings a perspective to hospitality work that most studios can't — direct, firsthand experience designing luxury hotel projects at an international level. Before founding the studio, Nic Kaiko spent years working on high-end hotel and hospitality interiors across Australia and internationally, where the standard of detail, the rigour of documentation and the expectation of the guest experience are categorically different from most residential or retail work.
