Return Policy

Cancellation of an order will only be accepted 30 minutes post a processed checkout. Contact Kaiko Design at info@kaikodesign.com.au

Requests for returns will only be accepted on goods that are unused in original condition.

Requests for online store returns will be assessed up to 14 days from date of purchase as indicated on the purchase receipt.

Approved return requests will be honoured with a kaikodesign.com.au/shop e-voucher credited to the same value of the returned goods.

Before sending any items contact info@kaikodesign.com.au to request authorisation number.

Approved requests will be issued a return authorisation number and instructions for returning goods.

Kaiko design cannot receive or process a return without a return number.

Damages must be reported to Kaiko Design within 48 hours of receipt.

All shipping charges are non-refundable nor credited.

A condition of sale items and special promotions is that these are not available for return or exchange.

Ensure all items and their packaging are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customer’s responsibility and may result in a restocking fee.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return into our warehouse for it to be processed.

All return requests will be processed in the order that they were received. Processing returns will only commence once the returned goods have been received by Kaiko Design.

Returns must be sent via a traceable postage or courier service with a tracking number. Kaiko Design is not responsible for packages lost in transit if a tracking number is not provided for returns.

Please note that all return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility excluding shipping errors made by Kaiko Design or one of its shipping or courier partners.

Please note that PRE-ORDER purchases are items that are not in stock.

If items are not in stock, the lead time for that item will be noted in the product description on that product’s page.

Lead times are indicative and subject to change.

Delivery fees are calculated based on weight and location and are applied on orders at the checkout where applicable.

The average times for standard delivery are:

4 – 7 Business days for Australian wide excluding some country areas
7 – 10 Business days for International deliveries

The average times for express delivery are:

2 – 3 Business days for Australian wide excluding some country areas
5 – 7 Business days for International deliveries

Please note that orders may arrive in more than one shipment as they may be sourced from multiple locations.
